• You must hold one active account only. Operating multiple accounts on hi77b is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Account Registration and Security

hi77b processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. hi77b does not currently accept credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments. All payment transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. hi77b does not impose a maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your hi77b account immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. hi77b is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. hi77b aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's transfer time.
• hi77b reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Where KYC is requested, withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification.
• Deposits made to hi77b may only be withdrawn back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to hi77b's withdrawal policy in force at the time of the request.

Prohibited Activities and Fair Use Policy

• Operating multiple accounts on the hi77b platform, whether under your own name or under false identities, for any purpose including circumventing self-exclusion or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using the hi77b platform for money laundering, the financing of illegal activities, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

In no event shall hi77b, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hi77b platform, even if hi77b has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hi77b's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

hi77b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, multi-accounting, or any other violation of these Terms.
• Where the player fails to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period requested by hi77b.
• Where hi77b receives a legally binding instruction from a relevant authority to restrict or close the account. In the event of permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms
